Activation किसे माना जाता है
Talent Manager Program में activation एक specific event है — यही वो पल है जब आपको Month 1 का ₹100 unlock होता है और creator Months 2 & 3 के plan bonuses के लिए eligible बनता है। Registration नहीं, पहली sale नहीं — activation posting event है।
Activation कब count होता है
दो चीज़ें साथ पूरी हों: (1) creator अपना 5,000+ follower का Instagram Business account connect करे, और (2) Trendweave पर 3 review posts publish करे (हमारे assigned brands पर, tags सहित) — यह सब Month 1 के अंदर।
क्या मिलता है और कब
तीसरी review post publish होते ही आपके ₹100 उसी वक़्त Ready to withdraw में जाते हैं। कोई hold नहीं, कोई net-revenue threshold नहीं, कोई sale trigger नहीं। यह पूरी तरह posting पर टिकता है।
Monthly cap — 30 activations
आप हर calendar महीने में अधिकतम 30 नए creators activate कर सकते हैं। इसके ऊपर की activations उस महीने में payout नहीं करतीं। अपने outreach volume को cap के आस-पास रखिए — पर quality गिराकर cap भरने की कोशिश मत कीजिए।
Activation कहाँ रुकता है
दो failure points: (1) creator sign up करके कभी post नहीं करता (Lesson 20b), (2) 1–2 posts के बाद तीसरी से पहले रुक जाता है। पहले 30 दिन आपका काम इन्हीं दोनों friction points को हटाना है।
मुख्य बात: Activation = Month 1 में 5k+ IG Business account connect + 3 review posts। यही आपके ₹100 trigger करता है। Cap: 30 activations प्रति महीना।
अगला कदम: Talent Manager dashboard खोलिए, first 30 days में जो creators अभी 3 posts से नीचे हैं उन्हें follow-up list में सबसे ऊपर रखिए।
