आप कैसे earn करते हैं — milestones, contract months, revenue share
आपकी income की तीन layers हैं, और वे cohorts में stack होती हैं।
Layer 1 — milestone payouts
₹100 (exam, सिर्फ Cohort 1) → ₹500 → ₹750 → ₹1,000 → ₹1,500 प्रति cohort। Verified result के अनुपात में paid और target पर capped: 30 में से 25 contacts से ₹625 मिलता है; 10 में से 8 registrations से ₹800 मिलता है; 12 registrations से भी ₹1,000 ही मिलता है।
Layer 2 — contract bonuses, months 1 से 3
Creators अपना contract उनके agreement approve होने के बाद के nearest calendar month की 1st तारीख से शुरू करते हैं। पहले तीन calendar months में से हर एक के लिए आप cohort के हर उस creator के लिए ₹500 earn करते हैं जिसने उस महीने contract fulfil किया। दस creators = ₹5,000 प्रति महीना। नौ = ₹4,500। बारह = ₹6,000 — कोई cap नहीं है, जब तक हर creator Trendweave द्वारा approved हो। जिस creator ने "partially किया" उसे उस महीने के लिए कुछ नहीं मिलता — न उनकी fee, न आपके ₹500।
Layer 3 — revenue share, month 4 से आगे
चौथे calendar month से आप cohort के हर उस creator से Trendweave के net revenue का 10% earn करते हैं जिसने उस महीने कम से कम 10 posts किए हों (stories 10 में count नहीं होतीं)। Net revenue Trendweave का platform commission है creator के content से हुई sales पर। Revenue share open-ended है: जब तक creator महीने में 10+ बार post करता रहता है, आप earn करते रहते हैं।
एक cohort, कागज़ पर
₹3,850 milestones में (Cohort 1) + contract bonuses में ₹15,000 तक + month 4 से revenue share। अब एक साथ तीन cohorts चलाइए।
मुख्य बात: Milestones अनुपात में और capped हैं। Months 1–3 में हर fulfilled creator के लिए ₹500, कोई cap नहीं। Month 4+ में 10+ posts वाले creators के net revenue का 10%, open-ended।
