आपको क्या कभी promise नहीं करना है — और कभी नहीं करना है
Creators के साथ trust ही आपकी इकलौती asset है। एक over-promise आपको creator से हाथ धोने पर मजबूर कर देता है और Trendweave की reputation को भी नुकसान पहुंचाता है।
कभी मत कहिए — इसकी जगह ये कहिए
"Guaranteed income" → "guaranteed by your own work — यह fee एक fulfilled month के लिए दी जाती है"। "Lifetime", "forever", "10% हमेशा के लिए fixed है" → "जब तक आपके creators post करते रहें तब तक — default rates हैं, individual terms अलग हो सकती हैं"। Trendweave के लिए कोई भी total (sales, payouts, creators की संख्या) → कुछ नहीं; mechanic ही pitch है। धमकियां, penalties, "आपको block कर दिया जाएगा" → positive framing में कहिए: "posts live रहते हैं — यही fee आते रहने की वजह है"। "Scout" → हमेशा "Talent Manager" कहिए, team के बाहर।
कभी मत करिए
अपने खुद के, family या friends के accounts register मत करिए। Followers मत खरीदिए। 10 या 20 posts पूरे करने के लिए junk या duplicate content post मत करिए। किसी ऐसे creator को दोबारा register मत करिए जो पहले से Trendweave पर था। किसी दूसरे Talent Manager के roster वाले creator से संपर्क मत करिए। किसी creator की ओर से खुद post मत करिए।
अगर आप ऐसा करते हैं तो क्या होता है
वो row decline हो जाती है और उसका payment नहीं मिलता → उस महीने का payout रोक लिया जाता है → program से removal हो जाता है।
मुख्य बात: कोई guaranteed income नहीं, कोई lifetime नहीं, कोई platform totals नहीं, कोई धमकियां नहीं। कोई fake, farmed, poached या ghost-posted creators नहीं।
