Every contracted creator of the cohort starts on the 1st. A creator who starts on the 5th with nothing prepared is a creator who does 14 reels and gets nothing.
Before the 1st
Storefront link in bio set. First five products chosen. DM automation configured. First reel scheduled. Your job in the last days before the 1st is to make sure nobody starts empty.
