In Instagram you have 3 seconds before a viewer swipes away. Those 3 seconds are the hook, and they decide whether the rest of your content gets seen at all. Better posts don't make 'better content' — they make the hook sharper.
Three hooks that work in the Trendweave niche

Format matters
In a reel the hook is the first frame and the first line of the caption at the same time.
