आपकी personal ref link वो anchor है जिससे talent manager के तौर पर आपका हर रुपया जुड़ा है — Month 1 में ₹100 (जब creator 5,000+ follower का IG Business account connect करे और 3 review posts publish करे), Months 2 & 3 में हर creator पर ₹500 अगर वो उस महीने full plan (20 posts + 20 stories) चलाए या ₹250 अगर half plan (10 posts + 10 stories), और Month 4 से 10% rev share उन महीनों में जब creator 5 या अधिक posts publish करे। अगर creator आपकी link के बिना sign up करता है, तो आपकी मेहनत count नहीं होती।
Link कहाँ से लें
Talent Manager dashboard live होने के बाद Talent Manager section खोलिए — ref link (trendweave.club/ref/{your-ID}) और matching promo code ऊपर मिलेंगे। Launch से पहले अपने Talent Manager onboarding contact से request कीजिए ताकि creators को warm-up करना शुरू कर सकें।
Share कैसे करें
Link और code दोनों भेजिए। कुछ creators click करते हैं, कुछ signup के दौरान short code type करना पसंद करते हैं। Link को अपने Instagram bio में paste रखिए और notes app में pin करके रखिए ताकि DM में तुरंत भेज सकें।
साथ में क्या कहें
Naked link कभी मत भेजिए। एक one-line pitch के साथ भेजिए जो creator की follower tier के correct payout का नाम ले — जैसे "₹10,000/month full plan (20 posts + 20 stories) के लिए या ₹5,000 half plan के लिए, अगर आप 10,001–20,000 follower band में हैं"।
मुख्य बात: Ref link ही वो तरीक़ा है जिससे platform आपके नाम पर हर ₹100, ₹500, ₹250 और 10% share credit करता है — link नहीं तो attribution नहीं, attribution नहीं तो payout नहीं।
