Talent Manager Program Trendweave का partner programme है। आप Instagram पर women's fashion creators (5,000+ followers, India) ढूँढते हैं, उन्हें अपनी link या promo code से लाते हैं — और पहले 3 महीनों तक एक fixed bonus ladder plus उसके बाद long-tail revenue share कमाते हैं। आप content नहीं बनाते — आप सही लोगों को platform से जोड़ते हैं।
Talent Manager pay ladder
Month 1 — ₹100 उसी वक़्त जब creator 5,000+ follower का IG Business account connect करे और 3 review posts publish करे। यही activation है। हर talent manager के लिए activations हर महीने अधिकतम 30 नए creators तक capped हैं। Months 2 & 3 — हर creator पर ₹500 अगर उस महीने उसने full plan (20 posts + 20 stories) चलाया, या ₹250 अगर half plan (10 posts + 10 stories) चलाया। यह हर महीने अलग है, तो दोनों महीने full plan चलाने वाला creator आपको ₹500 + ₹500 दिलाता है। Month 4 से — 10% revenue share उस creator से platform की कमाई का, किसी भी महीने में जब creator 5 या अधिक posts publish करे।
Activation = publishing, न कि selling
नए model में activation "पहली sale" नहीं है। यह है creator का 5k+ IG Business account connect करना और 3 review posts publish करना। तीसरी post लगते ही आपके ₹100 release हो जाते हैं।
Share कैसे करते हैं
Cabinet का Talent Manager section दो tools देता है: personal share-link (trendweave.club/ref/{your-ID}) और एक promo code। दोनों आपसे जुड़ी registration पर ले जाते हैं। दोनों share कीजिए — कुछ लोग click करते हैं, कुछ signup के दौरान code type करना पसंद करते हैं।
किसे recruit कर सकते हैं
Women's fashion creators, 5,000+ Instagram followers Business account पर, 2–3%+ engagement, India में। यही वो profile है जो सबसे ज़्यादा probability से activate होगा और Months 2 & 3 में full या half plan पूरा करेगा।
Talent Manager dashboard क्या दिखाता है
आपका लाया हर creator अलग दिखता है: email, registration date, platform पर उसका कौन-सा महीना चल रहा है, उस महीने plan (full/half) पूरा हुआ या नहीं, और उससे जुड़ा payout। ऊपर summary: Registered, Activated (3 posts done), On plan this month, Total earned, Ready to withdraw। Minimum withdrawal ₹2,000 है।
मुख्य बात: Talent Manager pay = ₹100 activation, फिर Months 2 & 3 में हर creator पर ₹500 full plan / ₹250 half plan, फिर Month 4 से 5+ posting months पर 10% rev share। ऐसे creators चुनिए जो plan सच में पूरा करेंगे।
