Trendweave में creators कैसे कमाते हैं
Talent Manager content नहीं बनाता — पर talent manager को 30 second में creator pay model confidently समझाना आना चाहिए। Trendweave हर creator को उसकी follower tier के हिसाब से एक fixed monthly amount pay करता है, दो versions में: full plan (20 posts + 20 stories) या half plan (10 posts + 10 stories)।
पाँच follower tiers (full plan / half plan)
5,000–10,000 followers → ₹5,000 / ₹2,500. 10,001–20,000 → ₹10,000 / ₹5,000. 20,001–30,000 → ₹15,000 / ₹7,500. 30,001–40,000 → ₹20,000 / ₹10,000. 40,001–50,000 → ₹25,000 / ₹12,500. यही exact numbers quote कीजिए — इनसे ऊपर या नीचे कोई tier मत गढ़िए।
Full plan vs half plan
Full plan = 20 review posts + 20 stories हर महीने। Half plan = 10 posts + 10 stories हर महीने। Creator उस महीने के लिए एक plan चुनता है; payout उसी plan के हिसाब से मिलता है जो उसने actually पूरा किया।
Monthly payout कब trigger होता है
Creator Trendweave-assigned brands/campaigns पर chosen plan पूरा करे, ज़रूरी tags और disclosures के साथ। किसी महीने plan miss हुआ → उस महीने का creator payout zero, और उस महीने Months 2 & 3 में talent manager bonus भी zero।
Engagement floor
Tier payouts यह मानकर चलते हैं कि creator का engagement rate review posts पर 2–3% से ऊपर रहेगा। लगातार floor से नीचे जाना account को paid tier से बाहर कर देता है। इसीलिए हम engagement के लिए recruit करते हैं, follower vanity के लिए नहीं।
30 second में कैसे समझाएँ

मुख्य बात: 5,000 से 50,000 followers के बीच पाँच tiers। Full plan = 20 + 20; half plan = 10 + 10। Payout उसी plan से जो उस महीने पूरा हुआ।
