How to get your personal ref link

Your personal ref link is the anchor of every rupee you'll earn as a talent manager under the new pay model — Month 1 ₹100 (creator connects a 5,000+ IG Business account and publishes 3 review posts), Months 2 & 3 ₹500 if the creator runs the full plan (20 posts + 20 stories) or ₹250 for the half plan (10 posts + 10 stories), and 10% rev share from Month 4 on months the creator publishes 5+ posts. If the creator signs up without your link, nothing you did counts.

Where to get it

Once your talent manager dashboard is live, open the Talent Manager section — the ref link (trendweave.club/ref/{your-ID}) and a matching promo code are at the top. Before launch, request it from your Talent Manager onboarding contact so you can start warming up creators.

How to share it

Send both the link and the code. Some creators click, some prefer typing a short code during signup. Always paste the link in your Instagram bio and pin it to your notes app for fast DM replies.

What to say alongside it

Never send a naked link. Pair it with a one-line pitch that names the correct payout for the creator's follower tier — e.g. "₹10,000/month for the full plan (20 posts + 20 stories) or ₹5,000 for the half plan, if you're in the 10,001–20,000 follower band".
