Talent Manager Program rules

Talent Manager Program is Trendweave's partner programme. You find women's-fashion creators (5,000+ followers, India) on Instagram, bring them in through your link or promo code — and earn a fixed ladder of bonuses for the first 3 months plus long-tail revenue share after that. You don't make content — you connect the right people with the platform.

The talent manager pay ladder

Month 1 — ₹100 the moment the creator connects a 5,000+ follower IG Business account and publishes 3 review posts. This is activation. Talent Manager activations are capped at 30 new creators per month per talent manager. Months 2 & 3 — ₹500 per creator if the creator ran the full plan that month (20 posts + 20 stories), or ₹250 per creator if they ran the half plan (10 posts + 10 stories). This is per month, so a creator on the full plan for both months earns you ₹500 + ₹500. Month 4 onward — 10% revenue share on the platform's earnings from that creator, in any month the creator publishes 5+ posts.

Activation = Publishing, not selling

Activation under the new model is not "first sale". It's the creator connecting a 5k+ IG Business account and publishing 3 review posts. The moment the third post lands, your ₹100 is released.

How you share

The Talent Manager section of the cabinet gives you two tools: a personal share-link (trendweave.club/ref/{your-ID}) and a promo code. Both lead to a registration tied to you. Share both — some people click, some prefer to type the code manually during signup.

Who you can recruit

Women's fashion creators, 5,000+ Instagram followers on a Business account, 2–3%+ engagement, based in India. That's the profile most likely to activate and to hold a full or half plan through Months 2 & 3.

What the Talent Manager dashboard shows

Every creator you brought is shown separately: email, registration date, current month of life on the platform, whether the plan (full/half) was completed that month, and the payout attached. Up top: Registered, Activated (3 posts done), On plan this month, Total earned, Ready to withdraw. Minimum withdrawal is ₹2,000.
