How creators earn in Trendweave
A talent manager doesn't make content — but a talent manager has to confidently explain the creator pay model in 30 seconds. Trendweave pays each creator a fixed monthly amount based on their follower tier, with two versions: the full plan (20 posts + 20 stories) or the half plan (10 posts + 10 stories).
The five follower tiers (full plan / half plan)
5,000–10,000 followers → ₹5,000 / ₹2,500. 10,001–20,000 → ₹10,000 / ₹5,000. 20,001–30,000 → ₹15,000 / ₹7,500. 30,001–40,000 → ₹20,000 / ₹10,000. 40,001–50,000 → ₹25,000 / ₹12,500. These are the exact numbers to quote — never invent tiers above or below.
Full plan vs half plan
Full plan = 20 review posts + 20 stories per month. Half plan = 10 posts + 10 stories per month. The creator picks one plan for the month; the payout matches whichever plan they actually complete.
What triggers the monthly payout
The creator completes the chosen plan on brands/campaigns Trendweave assigns, with the required tags and disclosures. Miss the plan in a given month → that month's payout is zero for that creator (and no talent manager bonus for that month in Months 2 & 3).
Engagement floor
The tier payouts assume the creator's engagement rate stays above 2–3% on their review posts. Persistently falling below the floor moves the account out of the paid tier. This is why we recruit for engagement, not follower vanity.
How to explain it in 30 seconds
