What you must never promise — and never do
Trust is your only asset with creators. One over-promise costs you the creator and costs Trendweave its reputation.
Never say — say instead
"Guaranteed income" → "guaranteed by your own work — the fee is paid for a fulfilled month". "Lifetime", "forever", "the 10% is fixed forever" → "for as long as your creators keep posting; default rates, individual terms may vary". Any total for Trendweave (sales, payouts, number of creators) → nothing; the mechanic is the pitch. Threats, penalties, "you'll be blocked" → positive framing: "posts stay live — that's what keeps the fee coming". "Scout" → "Talent Manager", always, outside the team.
Never do
Register your own, family or friends' accounts. Buy followers. Post junk or duplicates to hit 10 or 20 posts. Re-register a creator who was already on Trendweave. Approach a creator who is on another Talent Manager's roster. Post on a creator's behalf.
What happens if you do
The row is declined and not paid → the month's payout is withheld → removal from the program.
