Locations and clusters
Location tags of malls, fashion streets and wedding venues in your cities. Follower-of-follower: open a good 15k creator and look at who she tags and who comments with fashion content of their own — good creators cluster. The suggested-accounts arrow under a good profile is a free look-alike search.
Not allowed
Bought lists, mass-DM tools, bots. They get accounts banned and Talent Managers removed.
