Stage 2 — Finding Good CreatorsShould

Quick checklist: 8 signals in 60 seconds

Quick checklist: 8 signals in 60 seconds

You should qualify a creator in 60 seconds or less. The order matters — stop the moment a hard filter fails so you don't waste time reading the profile.

Stop order (hard filters first)

1) Category: women's fashion? If no, stop. 2) Followers ≥ 5k? If no, stop. 3) India-based? If no, stop. 4) Business account? If no, stop. Only if all four pass do you spend time on the soft signals.

Soft signals (flag, don't stop)

5) Engagement 2–3%+ (compute from last 6 posts). 6) Post cadence ≥ 3/week. 7) Uses a repeatable review format. 8) Replies to comments. Any two weak = flag but proceed. Three+ weak = drop.

Creator qualification checklist

Print or save this as your working checklist:
- [ ] Women's fashion category
- [ ] 5k+ followers
- [ ] India-based
- [ ] Business account
- [ ] Engagement ≥ 2%
- [ ] 3+ posts per week
- [ ] Repeatable review/try-on format
- [ ] Replies to comments
All 4 hard + at least 3 soft signals = go.

Timing yourself

Use a phone timer. Aim for 60 seconds per profile. If you're consistently going over 90, you're reading captions when you should be counting posts. Speed comes with practice.

Key takeaway: Hard filters first, soft signals second, timer always on. 60 seconds per profile is the standard.

Next step: Run 10 profiles through the checklist with a timer today. Track your median — aim for ≤ 60s.
