Stage 2 — Finding Good CreatorsMust

Search tools & ethical automation

Search tools & ethical automation

Ethical search means going systematic without going spammy. Under the new model your searches should hard-filter for the exact pay-model criteria — everything else is noise.

Presets to save

Preset 1 — ethnic wear India 5k–20k: hashtags like #kurtistyle #sareelook #indianwear, location India, follower range 5k–20k. Preset 2 — western casual India 10k–50k: #ootdindia #styleblogger, follower range 10k–50k. Preset 3 — fusion / indo-western 5k–30k: #fusionwear #indowestern.

Filters that matter

Country = India. Language = English or Hindi. Business account = yes. Last post within 14 days (rules out dormant accounts). Engagement % override — if the tool exposes it, set floor to 2%.

Look-alike search

Once you have a creator who activated successfully, use look-alike to surface similar profiles. This has the highest conversion of any search method because you're cloning a proven pattern.

The ethical line

Do: personalised DMs referencing the creator's actual recent posts. Do: use bulk search to build lists. Do NOT: use bulk DM tools, buy contact lists, or send identical messages to 50 people in a row. Instagram will throttle you and Trendweave will remove you.

Key takeaway: Systematic search + personalised outreach. The tools help you find the right people faster; they don't replace writing a real message.

Next step: Build and save 3 search presets today. Run each preset and pick your top 10 from the results.

Learning outcome
You can build a systematic search with presets scoped to India / women's fashion / 5k+ / 2%+ engagement without crossing into spam.
