Helping with the first 3 review posts

Under the new pay model your ₹100 bonus, and the creator's path to Months 2 & 3 payouts, both start with 3 review posts in Month 1. Your job is to help them cross that line without doing the work for them.
Post #1 — the easy win
Point them to the simplest campaign on their assigned list — usually a single-product review reel with a clear format. Send them the format spec. Do not write their caption or record their content. Ask them to send you the draft caption before publish so you can flag any missing tag/disclosure.
Within 7 days of post #1, remind them of post #2. Suggest a different sub-niche or format so they don't feel repetitive. Momentum matters more than perfection.
Post #3 — the activation post
This is the one that triggers ₹100 for you and completes activation for them, unlocking eligibility for the Month 2 plan payout. If they're stalling, send the Month-1 activation nudge (Lesson 16). Offer to jump on a 10-minute call if needed.
What not to do
Don't write their captions. Don't record their content. Don't post from their account. All three ruin the authenticity that makes the pay model work in the first place, and put both of you in violation of program rules.
Key takeaway: Post 1 (easy win), post 2 (momentum), post 3 (activation). Guide, don't do.
Next step: Walk 3 signed-up creators through to their third post using the sequence above.
