Handoff to the TW Success team

You're a talent manager, not an account manager. Once a creator is stable — typically once they've completed a plan (full or half) in Month 2 with healthy engagement — hand them off to the TW Success team so you can focus on new recruitment.
When to hand off
After the creator has completed their plan in Month 2 (full or half) and their engagement is above the 2–3% floor. This is when the platform stops needing scout-side intervention.
How to hand off
Use the in-product handoff form. Fill: creator ID, current milestone ("Month 2 plan complete — full/half"), notes on any brand preferences or friction points, and preferred contact channel. The Success team takes over primary communication from that point.
What you keep
Your Month 3 plan payout (₹500 full / ₹250 half) still fires when their Month 3 plan completes. And from Month 4, your 10% rev share continues on every month they publish 5+ posts. The handoff is operational, not financial. You remain the attribution owner in the dashboard.
What NOT to do
Don't ghost the creator — send a short message saying you're passing them to the Success team and it's a good sign. Don't try to keep managing them once handed off — it confuses ownership and creates conflicting advice.
Key takeaway: Hand off after a completed Month 2 plan. Use the form. Your Month 3 plan payout and Month 4+ 10% rev share continue.
Next step: Identify creators who've cleared Month 2 with a completed plan and hand them off this week.
