Analysing your own pipeline

Weekly, look at where creators fall out of your funnel. Under the new pay model the two biggest leaks are the Month-1 activation threshold (3 posts) and the Months 2 & 3 plan-completion threshold (full or half) — fixing them is where your income grows.

The funnel to track

Where you should expect leaks

DM → reply: 10–20% is healthy. Reply → sign-up: 30–50%. Sign-up → first post: 40–60%. First post → activation (3 posts): 50–70%. Month 1 → Month 2 plan completion: 60–80%. Month 2 → Month 3 plan completion: 70–85%. Month 3 → Month 4 5+ posts: 60–80%. Anything below the lower end here is a signal to change your process.

What to look at in the retrospect

Which sub-niche converts best from DM to sign-up. Which follower tier hits activation most reliably. Which template gets the best reply rate. What percentage of active creators pick the full plan vs the half plan — and whether full-plan creators actually complete it. Kill what doesn't work — do more of what does.

Weekly cadence

Set one 30-minute slot every Monday. Pull the funnel numbers from the dashboard, fill the retrospect form, note one process change to try that week. Compounding these tweaks is where talent manager income multiplies.
