The first shoppable post is the moment a creator stops being "registered" and starts being "earning". Before it, there are no clicks, no sales, no commission — nothing moves. Your job here is to help the creator get to publish, without doing it for them.
Why the first post is everything
Every part of the Trendweave economy waits on the first post. Tracking links only work once content carries them. The Storefront only earns once it's shared in a real post. Commission only exists once a real sale happens. A registered creator with no first post is a creator the system can't pay. That's why this one action matters more than any other in the activation stage — it's the switch that turns everything else on.
How to help without doing it for them
Help means guiding the hands, not replacing them. Talk through what to feature — a product from their own niche, ideally one they've shown before. Point them to the in-app template so they're not starting from a blank screen. Stay in the chat while they publish, so a question gets answered in the moment. But the hands on the keyboard stay theirs. A creator who published their own first post knows how to publish the second. A creator whose post you made learns nothing — and stalls the moment you step away.
Clearing the common blocks
Three blocks stop most first posts. "I don't know what to post" — point them back to a product they've already featured; the choice is easier than it feels. "It doesn't look perfect" — a first post doesn't have to be perfect, it has to be published; polish comes with reps. "I'm worried how my audience will react" — honest, labelled content builds trust rather than breaking it; the disclosure is a signal of credibility, not a flaw. Name the block, give the one-line answer, and keep them moving.
