What counts as an activation

The single most important shift in the new model: activation is publishing, not selling. Activation fires when the creator connects a 5,000+ IG Business account and publishes 3 review posts inside Month 1 — that unlocks your ₹100 bonus. Talent Manager activations are capped at 30 new creators per month per talent manager.
The activation rule
Two conditions: (1) the creator has a 5,000+ follower IG Business account connected in Trendweave, and (2) they publish 3 review posts — Reels, feed posts, or carousels — featuring Trendweave-assigned products with the required tag and disclosure, kept public. Both conditions in Month 1 = activation.
What you earn on activation
₹100. It looks small next to the old ₹500 fix, but it triggers on posting (not on a sale), so it fires much faster and much more reliably. And activation is what makes the creator eligible for the Months 2 & 3 plan bonuses.
The 30/month talent manager cap
You can activate a maximum of 30 new creators per calendar month. Beyond that, additional activations don't pay in that month. Plan your outreach volume to sit close to (not far below) the cap — but don't lower quality to hit it.
Where activation stalls
Two failure points: (1) creator signs up and never posts (see Lesson 20b), (2) creator posts 1–2 review posts and stops before the third. Your job in the first 30 days is to remove friction on both.
