When each talent manager payment is released

Under the new model there is no "hold". No net-revenue threshold, no locked ₹500, no waiting for a mystery unfreeze. Each talent manager payment is released the moment its own milestone is met — that's it.

The four release triggers

Month 1: ₹100 released the moment the creator's 3rd review post publishes (with a 5k+ IG Business account connected). Month 2: ₹500 or ₹250 per creator, released at month-end, depending on whether the creator completed the full plan (20 posts + 20 stories → ₹500) or the half plan (10 posts + 10 stories → ₹250) that month. Month 3: same rule again — ₹500 full plan / ₹250 half plan per creator, released at month-end. Month 4 onward: 10% rev share released at month-end on every month the creator publishes 5+ posts.

Why the old "hold" language is gone

The old model tied your fix to a first sale and to a net-revenue threshold, which meant talent managers often waited weeks with no signal. The new model pays on a public, observable action — did the creator complete the plan this month, yes or no; from Month 4, did they publish 5+ posts, yes or no. You (and the creator) can see it live on the dashboard.

What "ready to withdraw" now means

Each released bonus lands in Ready to withdraw immediately. Minimum withdrawal is ₹2,000 — same as before. Nothing sits in a mysterious "hold" bucket.

What if the creator misses a month

If they miss the plan in Month 2 or Month 3, that month's ₹500/₹250 is zero for you (and the creator earns zero that month). If from Month 4 they publish fewer than 5 posts in a month, your 10% for that month is zero. Missing a month does not cancel the ladder — the next month resets and pays normally if the rule is met.
