Talent Manager economics: month-by-month payouts + rev share

Full picture of your earnings ladder as a talent manager — memorise this. Every rupee you make in Trendweave sits somewhere on this ladder.

The ladder

Month 1: ₹100 when the creator connects a 5,000+ IG Business account and publishes 3 review posts. Capped at 30 activations/month per talent manager. Month 2: ₹500 per creator if they ran the full plan (20 posts + 20 stories) that month, or ₹250 per creator for the half plan (10 + 10). Month 3: same rule — ₹500 full plan / ₹250 half plan per creator. Month 4 onward: 10% revenue share on the platform's earnings from that creator, on every calendar month they publish 5+ posts.

A worked example

You recruit a 15,000-follower women's-fashion creator (10,001–20,000 tier). Month 1: she connects IG and publishes 3 review posts — you earn ₹100. Month 2: she runs the full plan (20 posts + 20 stories) and earns her ₹10,000 — you earn ₹500. Month 3: she runs the half plan and earns ₹5,000 — you earn ₹250. From Month 4 she posts 6 reviews and the platform's earnings from her are ₹8,000 — you earn ₹800. Total after 4 months: ₹1,650 and still counting.

The 5-posts-per-month rule (Month 4+ only)

From Month 4 the 10% rev share is monthly, not lifetime. It's paid on each month the creator hits 5+ posts. In months they post fewer than 5, the rev share for that month is zero — even if the platform earned from them. This rule applies only to Month 4 onward — it does not replace the full-plan / half-plan trigger in Months 2 & 3.

What defaults you can influence

The rates in the ladder are the standard talent manager terms. Individual scout-creator deals can vary; senior talent managers negotiate variations directly with the Trendweave partnerships team. Don't invent numbers — only quote the standard ladder in DMs.
