What you must NOT promise creators

The talent manager program is built on trust. If a creator hears one wrong promise from you, the whole relationship — and often the whole cohort — burns. Under the new model there are five specific things you must never say.

Do NOT promise a guaranteed rev share

The 10% rev share is paid only in months (from Month 4) the creator publishes 5+ posts. Saying "you'll get 10% every month forever" is false and blocks trust later when the creator sees a zero month.

Do NOT promise Month 2 and Month 3 bonuses are automatic

The ₹500 (full plan) / ₹250 (half plan) talent manager payouts require the creator to actually complete their chosen plan that month — 20 posts + 20 stories for full, 10 + 10 for half. Never say "once you sign up you're set for three months" — the plan rule is real.

Do NOT promise the 10% rate is fixed forever

The rate is the current default. It can change per creator, per cohort, or per platform update. Say "currently 10%" or "the standard rate" — never "forever" or "locked".

Do NOT promise a specific rupee income

Never say "you'll make ₹50,000 in your third month". You can quote the exact tier payouts for full/half plan and let them do the math. Guaranteeing income you can't control is a red-line violation.

Do NOT promise brand assignments

Never promise a specific brand, campaign, or product will be assigned to a creator. Trendweave's ops team allocates campaigns based on fit, availability, and performance.

What you CAN say

The exact tier payouts (₹5k/₹2.5k, ₹10k/₹5k, ₹15k/₹7.5k, ₹20k/₹10k, ₹25k/₹12.5k), the plan definitions (20 posts + 20 stories vs 10 + 10), the current talent manager ladder as a description of how you get paid, and the fact that Trendweave assigns real brand campaigns.

Key takeaway: Never promise guaranteed rev share, automatic month 2/3 bonuses, forever rates, specific income numbers, or specific brands. Only quote the published tier payouts and plan rules.
