Handling objections

The new pay model creates a specific set of objections. Prepare answers in advance — the ones below are the five you'll hear most often.

"₹100 is nothing — why should I bother"

You're mixing up the talent manager side and the creator side. You (the creator) get the tier payout — up to ₹25,000/month for the full plan, not ₹100. The ₹100 is what I earn as a talent manager for helping you activate. Your earnings start at your tier payout from Month 2 onward (Month 1 is the activation month).

"Why is the plan payout half if I post half"

The plan is either full (20 posts + 20 stories) or half (10 + 10) — you pick. The half-plan payout is half the full-plan payout because you're delivering half the volume. Both are fixed and paid whether or not the brand converts.

"Is the 10% rev share forever"

10% is the current standard rate for Month 4 onward. It's paid on every month you publish 5+ posts. It's not "forever" in a contract sense — but as long as the program runs at these terms and you keep posting 5+/month, you keep earning at your tier and I keep earning 10%.

"What if the brand doesn't sell — do I still get paid"

Yes. The tier payout in Months 2 & 3 (full or half plan) is paid whether or not the brand converts, provided you complete the plan you signed up for that month. Performance bonus and the Month 4+ rev share are on top of that if there's activity.

"20 posts + 20 stories is a lot — why so many"

Only if you pick the full plan. The half plan is 10 + 10. A busy fashion creator already posts 15–30 pieces of content a month — the full plan is asking that 20 of those are on brand campaigns we assign. It's not extra work; it's redirecting existing work to paid work.
