Natural follow-up

Under the new model, follow-ups are timed against the creator's posting milestones — not the calendar. One or two well-timed nudges, then let go.

The two follow-up moments

Follow-up #1: 3–4 days after your first DM if they haven't replied. Short, one line, no ask other than "want the 2-line breakdown?". Follow-up #2: after they sign up, at the moments that decide payouts — the third review post in Month 1 (activation), and the plan-completion mid-point in Months 2 & 3.

What NOT to do

Don't send more than 2 follow-ups on the initial pitch. Don't follow up daily. Don't guilt-trip ("I saw you read my message"). Don't send generic "just checking in" messages — always tie the follow-up to a specific reason.

The Month-1 activation nudge

If a creator is at 2 posts on day 20 of Month 1: *"Hi [name] — you're one review post away from activation and your tier payout kicking in for Month 2. Want me to send the brand list for the third post?"* This is help, not pressure.

The Month 2 & 3 plan-completion nudge

Mid-month check-in: *"Halfway through the month — you're at [X] posts and [Y] stories. Full plan needs 20 + 20 for ₹[full-plan-amount], half plan needs 10 + 10 for ₹[half-plan-amount]. Which one are you going for this month?"* Concrete numbers, concrete deadline.

Save reminders in the pipeline

Use the follow-up reminders in your Talent Manager pipeline so the tool tells you when a creator is due for a nudge. Manual tracking breaks at 20+ creators.

Key takeaway: Two follow-ups max on outreach. One activation nudge before the Month-1 deadline. One mid-month plan check in Months 2 & 3. All others = spam.
