Handoff to product: the first 24 hours

Under the new pay model, the first 24 hours after sign-up decide whether the creator connects a 5,000+ IG Business account and publishes 3 review posts in Month 1. Everything you do in that window should reduce friction on those two steps.

The 24-hour checklist

1) Confirm they've connected a 5,000+ follower IG Business account in Trendweave. 2) Confirm they see the correct tier payout (full plan / half plan) in the dashboard. 3) Walk them through where to see assigned brand campaigns. 4) Show them the review-post format spec (tag, disclosure, product placement). 5) Suggest one specific brand from their assigned list to start with. 6) Set expectation: 3 review posts in the next 30 days = activation.

What to show, in order

First the payout (motivation), then the campaigns (the product), then the format spec (the how), then the timeline (3 posts in 30 days). If you flip the order and lead with rules, they close the tab.

What NOT to do

Don't write their caption. Don't script their reel. The creator's voice is why the brand pays — do it for them once and it becomes your job forever.

Handing to Success

The full handoff to the TW Success team happens later (Lesson 22). In the first 24h you're the human face. Be responsive on DM, batch questions, and set a 48-hour check-in.
